Danita advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her focus is mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, corporate governance and commercial contracting. Within this realm, she advises clients around shareholder arrangements, joint venture opportunities, capital raising and day-to-day commercial contracting needs.

Her clients range from start-ups through to multi-national corporates across a variety of sectors. Danita regularly prepares and advises on commercial contracts such as supply and distribution agreements, contracts for goods and services, funding agreements, collaboration agreements and terms and conditions of trade. Clients appreciate Danita’s approach to commercial advice, which is pragmatic and always considers a business’ future goals, whether that be an ultimate exit or growth strategy.

Danita also has significant experience working with territorial and local authorities, advising on the commercial aspects of the business of local government.
