Danita is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Advisory & Transactions team. She advises clients on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business restructuring, corporate governance, commercial contracting, and consumer markets.

She also has expertise in charities and not-for-profit law as well as intellectual property.  Within her practice, she advises on shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, capital raising, and day-to-day commercial contracting needs.

Her clients span start-ups and SMEs to multi-national corporations across various sectors. She regularly prepares and advises on commercial contracts, including supply and distribution agreements, contracts for goods and services, funding agreements, collaboration agreements, and terms and conditions of trade.

Clients value her pragmatic approach to commercial advice, which always considers their future goals, whether for exit or growth. She also possesses significant experience with territorial and local authorities, advising on the commercial aspects of local government operations.

Having completed four corporate secondments, Danita brings a practical, in-house perspective that enhances her understanding of client needs, making her a highly valued advisor within client teams.
