Tegan is a Senior Associate in the Local Government and Environment and Planning Team, based in Christchurch. She acts for both regional and district councils and private clients on planning processes, resource consent applications and local government issues.

Tegan brings a unique insight into the requirements of council clients gained from her time working for a regional council, and has particular experience with resource consents.

Tegan also regularly undertakes resource management related due diligence on residential and commercial properties for private clients.
