Nichola is special counsel in our national corporate and commercial team. She has significant corporate legal experience gained at a senior level in London, Dublin and New Zealand.
Nichola regularly advises on complex commercial contracts and tenders and is adept at applying industry knowledge to assist her clients. She has particular experience in both the alcoholic beverage and waste sectors. Nichola also worked for a number of years as in-house corporate counsel at a large FMCG company, advising on matters in New Zealand and various South Pacific markets.
Nichola's expertise also extends to mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and joint ventures. She has worked extensively with both domestic and international clients on corporate transactions in various jurisdictions.
