As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Matthew leads the firm’s business support and financial management functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and a client-centric approach. His experience as a corporate user of legal services provides valuable insights for both the partnership and clients. Matthew plays a key role in fostering a positive and high-performing workplace, ensuring the firm’s culture, values, and staff experience remain a priority.
Matthew is also part of the Firm’s executive leadership team working on strategy development, governance, growth initiatives and larger firm projects.
