Matt has been a specialist employment lawyer for nearly 20 years. He has extensive experience in all employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including restructuring and redundancy, disciplinary issues, negotiated exits and restraint of trade issues. He regularly represents employers and employees in mediation and before the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.
