Josh is a specialist litigator. The focus of his practice is construction, property, insolvency, and contentious trusts and estates but regularly handles a wide variety of commercial litigation. He typically handles high value and complex matters and appears in hearings and trials at all levels of the New Zealand judicial system as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and adjudications. He appears in the Family Court, District Court, the High Court and Court of Appeal.
