Jenny specialises in a wide range of property law services including residential property, commercial property and rural property sale, purchase transactions, leasing, financing, residential subdivision, property development and other related transactions. She has expertise in new build properties acting regularly in the sale of house and land packages. Jenny acts for a wide range of clients looking to buy and sell their homes and investment properties.

Jenny also regularly acts for local government clients on property-related matters and public sector property issues, including leasing portfolios (under the Public Bodies Leases Act), land acquisitions and sales, Reserves Act issues, road stopping and public works land acquisitions. Within the scope of this specialist area, she manages key stakeholder relationships, including local rūnanga, negotiations and communications.
