Specialist areas of practice:
Emma in part of our environment and planning team at Wynn Williams. She specialises in regulatory litigation with a particular interest in resource management regulation.
As an experienced litigator, Emma has appeared in the District Court, Environment Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. Having conducted hundreds of hearings, she is highly accomplished in courtroom advocacy.
Emma has worked for individuals, industry, organisations, central and local government, and is well regarded for her ability to translate clients’ needs and perspectives into advocacy both inside and outside of the courtroom. Taking a pragmatic and strategic approach to her work allows Emma to ensure she achieves excellent results and for her clients.
Working for both regulators and regulated industries distinguishes Emma from her peers and allows her to provide comprehensive advice for clients to optimise their outcomes in the ever-developing regulatory area.
