Specialist areas of practice:
Emma is in our national Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in regulatory and insurance litigation, with a particular interest in resource management and statutory liability proceedings.
A former crown prosecutor, Emma has appeared in coronial inquests, the District Court, Environment Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. Having conducted hundreds of hearings, she is highly accomplished in courtroom advocacy.
At Wynn Williams, Emma primarily works for insurers, insured entities and local governments, and is well-regarded for her ability to translate clients’ needs and perspectives into advocacy both inside and outside of the courtroom. Taking a pragmatic and strategic approach to her work allows Emma to ensure she achieves excellent results for her clients.
