Elliot is a Senior Associate in our Environment and Planning team.  He has provided strategic advisory services across a range of environmental matters and for both private and public clients.  His work typically covers project work, consenting, and plan changes, and complex judicial review proceedings.

Elliot has appeared in the Environment Court and High Court.

Elliot is also an active member of the Auckland Branch Committee of the Resource Management Law Association. His dedication to his clients make him a valuable asset to the team.
