Charlene has vast experience in commercial contracting, including preparing and advising on contracts for goods and services, terms of trade, supply agreements, and intellectual property licensing arrangements. She is known for her solution-oriented approach to drafting and negotiating contracts and ensuring they are fit for purpose and user-friendly.
