Callum is a senior associate in our national dispute resolution team. He appears regularly in the Family, District and High Courts where he draws on extensive courtroom experience to advocate effectively for his clients.

Callum has practised for a number of years in the civil litigation sphere assisting clients with a diverse array of civil, corporate, relationship property and employment disputes.  He has also worked with the New Zealand Public Defence Service where he represented defendants charged with a broad spectrum of criminal offences.

Paramount to Callum’s approach to litigation is ensuring effective and pragmatic results which accord with his client’s individual needs and objectives.  Callum is trusted to guide his clients through all aspects of dispute resolution, from initial negotiations all the way through to defended trial.
