Bethany is a senior associate in our national dispute resolution team. With an expert understanding of the Privacy Act 2020, she provides advice to a wide range of clients with interest in intellectual property and privacy matters, including policy drafting.

As part of our wider insurance expertise, Bethany also acts for real estate agents, architects, engineers, and brokers in professional indemnity matters.

Valued for her professional and articulate demeanour, Bethany has appeared in Court of Appeal, High Court and District Court proceedings, as well as in the Weathertight Homes Tribunal and the Canterbury Earthquake Insurance Tribunal and Greater Christchurch Claims Resolution Service.

In addition to her expertise in privacy and intellectual property, Bethany has a particular interest in Canon Law and its application in New Zealand.
