Becky is a member of the dispute resolution team in Auckland. She has advised clients on a wide range of complex disputes including commercial leases, construction, property and various aspects of insurance law. She also has experience in the financial regulatory and advisory sphere. Becky has courtroom experience and also extensive experience in a variety of alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitration, mediation, adjudications, judicial settlement conferences and negotiations. Becky has a focus on producing legal writing that is fit for purpose and suited to client needs.
