Anna specialises in a wide range of private client matters. She is experienced in estate planning, asset protection, and personal structuring. She advises clients on all trust matters, including the establishment, maintenance, and winding up of trusts. Anna regularly prepares wills and enduring powers of attorney, and can help guide clients through the administration of estates.

Her practice includes advising on relationship property agreements, both in the context of ensuring these are cohesive with clients’ estate plans, and as an adjunct to property transactions.

Anna has a particular interest in elder law issues, and enjoys working with older clients who may be moving to a residential village or completing their estate planning.

She is also experienced in residential property transactions, and personal financing, and related issues arising from Canterbury’s unique property landscape.
