Specialist areas of practice:
Anna acts for regulated professionals (including real estate agents, lawyers, engineers, building inspectors, accountants and brokers) and their insurers in regulatory complaints, disciplinary prosecutions, as well as in civil proceedings in the District Court and High Court. These matters cover a range of areas, including residential and commercial property and private client legal services.
Anna also advises on other matters such as disputes concerning contractual disagreements, and regularly acts for clients in alternative dispute resolution such as mediations.
