Wynn Williams is proud to share that Kate Dickson, Rosie Judd, and Christina Twyman have been recognised in NZ Lawyer’s Future Legal Leaders list for 2025.
This annual list celebrates rising stars in the legal profession who, aged 35 or under, have already made a significant impact through their technical excellence, leadership, and dedication to the law.
Each of our recognised lawyers demonstrates not only deep legal expertise in their respective fields but also a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for clients, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the wider legal community.
Kate Dickson is a Senior Associate in our Local Government, Environment and Planning team. She advises local authorities and private clients on complex environmental and resource management matters, including plan-making, consenting, and judicial review. With frequent appearances before council hearing panels, the Environment Court and the High Court, Kate is valued for her strategic insight, collaborative approach, and technical depth. Her expertise is trusted across the firm and by institutional clients nationwide.
Rosie Judd is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution team. Since joining Wynn Williams in 2020, she has built a strong dual practice in employment and insurance law. Rosie regularly represents clients in mediations, the Employment Relations Authority, and the Employment Court, and also acts for professionals and insurers in disciplinary proceedings and civil claims. She is known for her calm, analytical approach and her ability to navigate complex disputes with precision and care.
Christina Twyman is a Senior Associate in our litigation and dispute resolution team, with a broad practice across civil, regulatory, and criminal matters. She frequently appears as lead counsel in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, and has been involved in high-profile proceedings including coronial inquests and regulatory prosecutions. Christina is especially sought after for her expertise in health and safety and professional discipline matters. A dedicated mentor and natural leader, she is known for her sharp legal mind and outstanding client care.
Wynn Williams is incredibly proud of Kate, Rosie and Christina for this well-deserved recognition. Each brings not only technical excellence but also integrity, leadership, and a collaborative spirit to everything they do.
Congratulations to all of this year’s Future Legal Leaders!
