Wynn Williams is pleased to announce the expansion of its national Construction, Infrastructure & Projects team with the arrival on 8 June 2026 of new Partner*, Jordan Oldham.
Jordan will join the Firm’s highly regarded Construction, Infrastructure & Projects practice team, working alongside Partners Rebecca Saunders, Paula Nicolaou and Josh Taylor.
The full team works from the Firm’s Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Ōtautahi Christchurch and Tāhuna Queenstown offices.
Previously at MinterEllisonRuddWatts, Jordan brings a wealth of experience advising private and public sector clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors with procurement strategy, project documentation and delivery. His experience spans a diverse range of industries, including aged care/healthcare, commercial, industrial, transport, water and social infrastructure.

Jordan has particular experience in the infrastructure sector and has been involved with some of Aotearoa New Zealand’s most significant infrastructure projects, including the Auckland Light Rail and City Rail Link projects, the Three Waters reform programme, and the Cook Strait Ferries Programme.
