Jordan is a highly regarded construction, infrastructure and projects Partner with extensive experience across the public and private sectors. He advises principals, contractors and other key stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle — from procurement and contract negotiation through to construction, delivery and operation.

Jordan acts across a broad range of sectors, including aged care, commercial and office, education, healthcare, industrial, transport, utilities and major infrastructure projects. Clients value his clear, commercially focused advice and his ability to cut through complexity with a practical mindset. Beyond identifying and managing risk, Jordan is recognised for crafting solutions that support his clients’ wider commercial and strategic objectives.

With deep knowledge of various contracting forms, structures, procurement models and risk-sharing arrangements, Jordan brings valuable international experience from both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He works closely with clients to develop effective procurement strategies, draft and negotiate project documentation, and provide ongoing support throughout project delivery.

Jordan has a particular focus on infrastructure and public sector projects, advising central and local government on some of New Zealand’s largest and most complex infrastructure developments and reform programmes.

Alongside his legal practice, Jordan is committed to developing the next generation of lawyers, He has lectured at the University of Auckland Law School and Auckland University of Technology, and co-delivered the inaugural Master of Construction Law at Victoria University. He also provides regular client training on New Zealand’s construction contract frameworks.
