Michael’s expertise is in undertaking a wide range of property transactions including commercial conveyancing, subdivisions and developments, leasing and financing. He also acts for non-bank deposit takers who lend to developers in the residential property market.
Michael also advises a number of local authorities on managing their property portfolios. This includes advising and acting on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, developments, infrastructure projects, and ensuring compliance with various legislation as part of these transactions.
