Jenny specialises in a range of property matters including residential, commercial and rural property sale, purchase transactions, leasing, financing, residential subdivision, property development and related transactions. She has expertise in new build properties acting regularly in the sale of house and land packages. Jenny acts for a wide range of clients looking to buy and sell their homes and/or investment properties.

Jenny also regularly acts for local government clients on property-related commercial and local government work, including leasing portfolios (including under the Public Bodies Leases Act), land acquisitions and sales, Reserves Act issues, road stopping and public works land acquisitions. Within the scope of this specialist area, she also manages stakeholder relationships, including local rūnanga, negotiations and communications.

Jenny also advises on estate planning, asset protection planning, ownership structuring, and trust formation.
