Ed is an experienced property and construction lawyer with over 17 years' experience working at top tier firms in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom.

He has a track record of advising domestic and overseas clients on significant real estate capital market transactions, commercial investments and developments across the real estate sector. His involvement includes advising blue-chip clients such as Deloitte on the development and leasing of its new Auckland office premises at One Queen Street; Goodman on the development and leasing of multiple sites at Highbrook Business Park, Auckland; and the Singaporean investor behind the acquisition and ongoing management of Auckland's Kelston Mall.

Ed advises clients on all aspects of their property transactions including the negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, leases, development agreements and construction contracts.

He also regularly assists overseas investors in managing the overseas investment approval process.
