Tom is a Partner in the Firm’s national corporate and commercial team, highly regarded for his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, overseas investment regulation and corporate governance.
Tom’s reputation as an astute and practical legal adviser has been crafted over more than a decade of working in leading law firms in New Zealand, Ireland and the Middle East. This combination of domestic and international experience makes him uniquely suited to advise on a broad range of complex and high-value corporate transactions.
Tom advises a range of clients, including large multinationals, private equity firms, NZX or ASX listed entities and privately held business. His sector experience is extensive and includes infrastructure, telecommunications, primary industries, media, hospitality, and aged care.
