Kimberley is a Partner in the national Corporate Advisory & Transactions team. She has extensive experience having worked on domestic and cross-jurisdictional transactions in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Kimberley is experienced in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. She also advises on the establishment and funding of private equity and private debt funds, including limited partnerships in the agricultural sector.

She also advises on a range of corporate governance issues, including shareholder arrangements and board matters.

Kimberley previously worked for a leading international law firm in London where she led teams on complex and high value corporate transactions.
