Paul specialises in public, regulatory, and commercial litigation.
His expertise in competition law and economic regulation – across mergers and acquisitions, cartels, and regulated industries –is substantial. Paul holds an LLM in competition and consumer law from the University of Melbourne, and has acted for the New Zealand Commerce Commission in numerous cases.
His experience and specialised expertise will significantly bolster the value we can deliver to our clients across the firm.
Paul will be based in the Tāhuna Queenstown office.
