The Firm was honoured to once again partner with the Queenstown Chamber to bring OUT to Lunch to Winter Pride for the second year.
This year, the topic was “Welcome to the Rainbow Generation,” an acknowledgement of the increasing percentage of our young people identifying as a part of the Rainbow Community.
Partner Greg Simms joined a panel of young Rainbow ambassadors to discuss their experiences, what matters, current challenges, tips, suggestions, and recommendations that can be implemented for today and tomorrow. Board Chair Hayley Buckley spoke about the importance of creating a firm for which people from all communities are excited and proud to work. “We want young people to be able to look forward to a future with businesses and employers who embrace and celebrate the Rainbow community.”
