Kate is a Senior Associate in the Family Law team at Wynn Williams, based in Christchurch. She specialises in complex relationship property, spousal maintenance, PPPR (Protection of Personal and Property Rights), and trust and estate disputes.  Kate also assists clients with care of children and guardianship disputes.
