Imogen is an integral member of the firm’s environment and planning team. Her particular focus is regional planning and development, including freshwater planning. Imogen works with local authorities on the implementation of national direction and the development and implementation of spatial plans, regional policy statements, and regional and district plans.

She also has significant experience advising clients on private plan change requests and contentious resource consent applications.

Imogen has spent time on secondment at a Regional Council and has intimate knowledge of the Local Government Act and processes.

Imogen appears in the Environment Court and High Court in relation to various environmental matters.
