Commercial Property and Construction
Kelsie is a Senior Associate in our Property team, with expertise across both construction and commercial property matters.
Kelsie regularly advises on front-end documentation relating to construction contracts, development agreements and consultancy agreements. She is experienced with a range of standard form contracts including NZS 3910, 3915 and 3916, Master Build and the Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services. She advises clients on all stages of the project lifecycle, including procurement strategy, contract structuring and tendering, as well as contract drafting, negotiation and administration.
She acts for a wide range of clients including government entities, councils, developers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
On the property side, Kelsie advises on residential, commercial and rural sale and purchase transactions, commercial and rural leasing, subdivisions (including residential, rural and unit title), and property and development finance.
Before joining Wynn Williams in 2025, Kelsie worked for an international law firm in London. There, she worked on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions involving the financing of investment and development real estate, covering sectors such as hotels and leisure, build-to-rent, offices and student accommodation.
