Katrina is a Senior Associate in the employment team.

With over a decade of experience advising clients on employment and civil litigation matters, coupled with her experience working for Serious Fraud Offices in both Auckland and London, Katrina brings a breadth of highly valued experience to the table.

She has represented both employers and employees to resolve disputes, advised on all aspects of employment law including Covid-19 vaccine mandates, redundancies, holiday pay, employer accreditation for employing migrant workers, personal grievances, investigations, performance management and disciplinary processes.

Katrina is skilled in all dispute resolution forums, and has appeared before the Employment Relations Authority.

Her clients include senior executives of public and private entities. She also advises on health and safety and employment due diligence.
